# How do I cancel my subscription?

If you need to end your commitment with Bump Boxes before your commitment has been met, there will be a $25 USD early cancellation fee. To proceed with cancelling, follow the steps outlined below or reach out to the Bump Boxes team directly at [**_info@bumpboxes.com_**](mailto:info@bumpboxes.com) for additional support. **_R_****_equests for cancelations must be made_** **_via email no less than_** _**48 hours before your renewal processes.**_ If you decide to say goodbye (we’ll miss you!), here’s how to cancel:

1.  Log into your account
2.  Click ‘**My Account**’ in the top right
3.  Scroll down to the **Billing** section
4.  Click the arrow next to billing, then select ‘**Cancel Plan**’

Note: Prepaid subscriptions cannot be refunded. All paid monthly subscriptions automatically renew on a month-to-month basis, allowing you to enjoy the same discount for as long as you'd like - up to your little one's 3rd birthday or until you log in to cancel. 

Once your subscription commitment is met, your subscription will **automatically renew**. To avoid auto-renewal, simply Complete your subscription in **My Account** or contact Bump Boxes Support at ******_[info@bumpboxes.com](mailto:info@bumpboxes.com)_****** a minimum of 30 days before your subscription commitment has been met. If no action is taken by the time your subscription commitment has been met, you’ll continue to be charged monthly and receive box deliveries.

**NOTE: Bump Boxes 3 month subscription will renew every 3 months ($129.99 USD) and will be automatically charged using the payment method provided until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time 30 days before your next bill date in your MY ACCOUNT or by contacting Bump Boxes Support info@bumpboxes.com**
